Step 1 - Consultation

Once you give us a call, we'll meet with you in your home to discuss your vision for the space. We'll listen as you share what you love about your current kitchen, what isn't working, and what you'd like to change. Will your kitchen be used for entertaining and family gatherings? Do you enjoy cooking or baking and need a more functional workspace? Understanding how you use your kitchen and how you want it to function is the foundation of a successful remodel.

Step 2 - Design & Planning

From there, we'll take what we've learned and develop a preliminary design tailored to your needs. Whether your kitchen remodel involves updating finishes and cabinetry, improving the layout, or completely reimagining the space by removing walls and creating a new floor plan, we'll help you explore the possibilities. Once the initial design concept has been developed, we will work with you to refine the details of your new kitchen. Yes, we are your remodeling contractor, but we are also seasoned designers. The more we are involved in the design process, the more smoothly we can execute a polished finish for your kitchen remodel.

Some homeowners come to us with a clear vision and enjoy making their own selections, while others prefer more hands-on assistance throughout the design process. We tailor our approach to provide the level of support that best fits your project and preferences.

Step 3 - Product Selection

Next, we will guide you through the product selection process to finalize every detail of your kitchen remodel. You'll visit our trusted vendors and make selections for items such as appliances, cabinetry, countertops, backsplash, flooring, cabinet hardware, sink faucet, and decorative lighting.

Unlike companies that rely on allowances or leave selections unfinished until construction is underway, we help you make your decisions upfront. By finalizing your selections before construction begins, we can provide a more accurate project price and avoid delays.

Every detail matters. From choosing the perfect countertop edge profile and backsplash to coordinating cabinet hardware, fixtures, and lighting, we work with you to create a kitchen that reflects your style and functions beautifully for your needs.

Step 4 - Proposal & Agreement

Once selections have been made, a detailed agreement will be presented that outlines the exact scope of work and final price for your kitchen remodel. It will include every product selected, the timeline in which the remodel will be executed, and a payment schedule.

Our goal is to provide clarity before construction begins so you know exactly what to expect throughout your project. By finalizing the details upfront, we can minimize surprises and create a smoother remodeling experience from start to finish.

As soon as the contract has been signed and a deposit has been made we will start ordering your selected materials!

Step 5 - Construction

Construction will begin as soon as all ordered materials have arrived. We understand that remodeling your kitchen is a major investment and that construction impacts your daily routine. By waiting to start until everything as arrived, we are able to create a smoother process and minimize unnecessary delays.

Communication is very important to us. Throughout the remodel, our team will keep you up to date and work diligently to bring your vision to life with qulity craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Step 6 - Project Finalization

Once construction is complete, we'll walk through your new space with you to make sure everything has been completed as planned.  After all the planning, selections, and construction, it's exciting to see the finished space come together. We take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to feel confident in the quality of your new kitchen.
