Once you give us a call, we will meet with you at your home and listen to you, as you tell us what you like and dislike about your current space and what your dreams are for your new space. We will take what we have learned from you in that meeting and sketch up a preliminary plan. We can simply spruce up what you have or totally move walls and completely change everything around. Yes, we are your contractor but we are also seasoned designers. You can enjoy having both style and function. We will partner with you as you make decisions on layout, cabinet details, countertops, flooring, tile, fixtures, etc. The more we are involved in the design process, the more smoothly we can execute a polished finish for your project. 

We partner with the best trade professionals and materials providers in the area. We will walk with you through every step of the design and implementation process. Once selections have been made and the design finalized, we take all that information and provide you with a written agreement for the work to be completed. You will see every element of the project in writing prior to signing or spending anything.   

Once the agreement is signed and a deposit has been made, we will begin scheduling and ordering everything needed to make your project run smoothly. Delays equal unwanted expense, no one likes that. Every project is unique, but you will be given a clear timeline and payment schedule for your project prior to the start date.
