CRK Builders

CRK Builders, Inc. is a Wilmington, North Carolina based general contracting company in
business since 1997.  We are a design-build company specializing in custom kitchen and bath
renovations and custom home design/implementation. Our homes have the best kitchens
and baths in the greater Wilmington area. 


We service New Hanover, Pender and occasionally Brunswick County. We are a “hands on” building company and we spend most of our day, not in the office but, at the job site. We can assure quality because we are present every day and touching the product every step along the way. This is why we keep a limited service area and limit the number of jobs being constructed at one time.


We have seen a lot along the way and enjoy the challenges of renovation projects. What scares off many new construction homebuilders simply excites us. We really shine in the area of creating new space out of old, solving structural issues and bringing the clients dreams to reality.

We are comprised of a distinct team of craftsmen and trade professionals. Our clients often describe their experience, working with us, as being similar to an episode of “This Old House.” Our team has been working together in unison for many years. Every time a trade partner shows up on the jobsite, it’s a friendly interaction creating a better end product for the client. No one person is trying to push off an issue onto someone else. We work as a team and the results speak for themselves.  

As the team leader for our client’s projects, we believe the key to success is: Communicate, Communicate and Communicate. No one likes wasted time or money and that is what results from lack of communication. We meet with our clients as often as needed to insure accuracy and understanding prior to signing the agreement and then we continue to meet with the clients as often as needed through out the project to insure accuracy of execution.
